VETPAW was founded by a Marine Corps veteran (Ryan Tate) and is dedicated to fighting the atrocities of elephant and rhino poaching in East Africa, Many U.S. Veterans are un- or underemployed because they are highly skilled in combat-related areas but unable to leverage those skills in a civilian world. VETPAW attempts to bridge that gap by giving veterans the opportunity to use their unique skills in another capacity: anti-poaching efforts.
The VETPAW Bracelet is made of stealth-like frosted onyx, dyed yellow jade and green agate with a hematite centerpiece — colors which mimic the VETPAW logo. It’s strung on a reinforced, black steel cable and has a stainless steel, military-style, spring-loaded carabiner clasp.
